Never ever have I been more blown away with a crew; the level of knowledge and expertise, the respect for us and our home, and how thoughtfully and smart they work…. which leads me to…..I don’t know what those machines are you have but I expected a huge mess after, not only in the basement but throughout the house with dust, def needed a good cleaning, but was not bad at all and the house didn’t smell. The folks at Basement Waterproofing came in and did a totally professional job of repairs to my foundation. The workers were friendly and explained everything that was done step by step.

We had a french drain installed when we first purchased our home. Unfortunately, it was not done right, so we would get water every time we had heavy rain. After years of dealing with a smelly musty basement and many different companies coming to “take a look” we found Basement Waterproof Solutions, thank God! They redid our french drain and installed a vapor barrier on the walls. It’s been over a year and many, many heavy rains and storms and not one drop of water!!! We were beyond pleased with their work and expertise but what really impressed us was when one of our sump pumps wasnt working and without question they were here not only fixed it but replaced it with a new one no charge no questions asked. A company you can actually count on that stands behind their work!!! We now have a beautiful finished basement water free, thank you!!!!
