Warranties:
Foundation crack repairs, horizontal seams, voids, leaks around pipes, window well drains, blocked up windows are all warrantied against any water penetration into basement through repair.
Interior 10 Years/ Exterior Lifetime.
French Drain Systems are warrantied to prevent water seepage between floor and wall seam.
Full perimeter drain systems– The entire basement is warrantied for lifetime.
Partial French Drain System come with a limited lifetime warranty that only covers the area the French Drain is installed.
Iron Ochre: All drain systems with iron ochre will need to be maintained yearly. If a French Drain becomes contaminated with Iron Ochre, there will be an additional charge each year to clean and maintain the system.
Exterior Drain Piping Is warrantied for 20 years against any clogging or breaking.
Sill Plate leaks / water over top of foundation or slab leaks
Sill plate Drainage piping repairs are warrantied for 20 years.
Sill Plate Mesh, hydraulic cement and rubber sheet membrane repairs are warrantied for Lifetime
Sump Pumps; Manufacturing warranty-3 years.
Basement Waterproofing Solutions Warranty 1 year-no charge. Year 2 & 3 -service charge only.
Dehumidifiers; Manufactures warranty- 3 years. Basement Waterproofing Solutions Warranty 1 year – no charge 3 to 5 years- service charge only.
Mold Remediation Is warrantied for 10 Years and can be extended for life of the home providing relative humidity 50% or lower are maintained.
Structural Carbon Fiber Reinforcement Strips and I Beams are warrantied for 20 years.
Paint Coatings do not have any warranties. A minimum improvement of 85% will be achieved. If painting over existing paint and the old paint peals, our coating can also peal.
All warranties are transferable to new owners.

Basement Waterproofing Solutions will not charge for labor or materials to make any repairs necessary for above stated warranties. Any modifications or alterations to our work will void warranty. Basement Waterproofing Solutions will not be responsible for damage to drywall, paneling, or flooring to perform any warranty work. Basement Waterproofing Solutions will not be responsible for any water damage caused by any warrantied water seepage.
